These are the terms you order under.
Pexalod runs a same-day-dispatch catalog of sprayer nozzles, filters, hose, fittings and pump seals out of Austin, Texas. This page sets out what the site does, how an inquiry turns into an order, what happens if a part doesn't fit, and where a dispute gets heard. Read the fit-warranty question before you order anything you're unsure about.
When did these terms start?
These terms took effect on 14 September 2026 and apply to every order, inquiry and message sent through pexalod.com from that date on. If you placed an order before that date, the terms in force when you ordered still govern that order.
Who are we dealing with here?
You're dealing with Pexalod, trading as pexalod.com, at 164 Cedar Court, Floor 2, Austin, Texas 67482, United States. We're a catalog operation, not a manufacturer — we cross-reference and stock parts from TeeJet, Hypro, Arag and Wilger equivalents, we don't make them.
Reach us at office@pexalod.com or +1 (948) 555-1303 for anything these terms don't answer.
What does this site actually do?
Pexalod's catalog covers spray nozzles and tips, in-line and suction filters, layflat spray hose and reel hardware, camlock and push-fit fittings, and diaphragm pump seal kits — the application hardware that clogs, wears or cracks on a sprayer boom in a normal season. That's the whole scope. We don't carry tractor engine parts, tillage steel or seed, and this site won't take an inquiry for any of those.
The site itself is a farm sprayer parts online catalog with cross-reference notes, not a live inventory feed — a part listed here is not confirmed in stock until we reply to your inquiry.
Am I buying something on this website?
No. This site takes inquiries, not payments. There's no cart on pexalod.com and no checkout, and no card details are entered anywhere on the site. Any figure you see next to a part — a price basis, a range, a per-foot rate — is an estimate for planning, not a binding quote.
An order exists once we've confirmed the part and its fit, and agreed a price with you directly by phone or email, and you've told us to proceed. Until that confirmation happens, nothing you've submitted through the inquiry form is a purchase and nothing has been charged.
How is anything priced?
Everything is priced in US dollars. Nozzles and tips are priced per tip, by orifice size and material. Filters are priced per filter, by mesh count and housing size. Hose is priced per foot or per reel assembly. Fittings are priced per fitting, by thread size. Pump seal kits are priced per kit, by pump model.
A price can change between the basis shown on the boom sprayer parts catalog page and the figure we confirm with you, usually because a supplier changed their cost or we corrected the figure once we'd actually matched your old part to the right cross-reference number. A heavier item like a reel assembly can also pick up a freight surcharge depending on where it's shipping. We'll tell you the confirmed price before we ship anything.
What can't I do on this site?
Don't scrape the catalog for resale on another site. Don't submit an inquiry with false contact details just to see what happens, and don't send anything through the chat widget or the inquiry form other than a genuine question about parts, fit or an order.
Don't try to break the forms or probe the chat backend. Payment card numbers, someone else's personal details and malicious code have no reason to go through either box, so don't send them.
We can decline to respond to an inquiry that violates any of this, and we can report abuse of the forms to our hosting provider.
Who owns the words and photos here?
Pexalod owns the text, the product photography, the annotated diagrams and the Pexalod name and mark as they appear on this site. You can quote a short passage with credit back to pexalod.com. You can't copy whole catalog sections, republish our photographs, or use our name to sell anything.
Manufacturer names named for cross-reference — TeeJet, Hypro, Arag, Wilger — belong to their respective owners; we use them only to describe which part fits which equivalent, not to claim any affiliation.
What if the part doesn't fit?
Every catalog entry carries the spec that determines fit — orifice size, thread, mesh count, pressure rating — because a wrong spec shipped fast is still a wrong part. We check that spec against what you tell us before we ship. If a part arrives and doesn't match the thread, orifice or pressure rating we confirmed with you in writing, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort a replacement or a return at our cost.
That's the extent of the fit warranty. It covers a mismatch against what we confirmed — not wear from use, and not a part ordered against a spec you supplied that turned out wrong on your end. A machine problem unrelated to the part itself isn't covered either.
Beyond that fit warranty, the site and its content are provided as is. We don't warrant that a part will outlast a given number of acres, and we don't warrant that the catalog is free of typographical error. A cross-reference note doesn't necessarily cover every variant a manufacturer has produced under a given model line — cross-references change, and we update a note once we know it has, but we can't promise it's exhaustive on the day you read it.
How much are you responsible for if something goes wrong?
Our liability to you under these terms is limited to the price you paid for the part in question. We are not liable for lost field time or lost crop, and not for damage to other equipment caused by a part failing or being mismatched, except where that limitation isn't allowed under Texas law. We don't carry liability beyond that, and no representative of Pexalod can extend it verbally.
Can you cut off my access?
Yes. We can refuse an inquiry or decline to quote, and we can stop responding to a specific visitor if we reasonably believe the acceptable-use terms above have been broken, or if an inquiry looks fraudulent. We can also withdraw or change any part of this website's catalog listing at any time — a part being listed today doesn't guarantee it's listed, or priced the same, tomorrow.
What law covers this, and where does a dispute get heard?
These terms are governed by the law of Texas, United States. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly is heard in the courts of Austin, Texas. If you're ordering from outside the United States, Texas law still governs the contract between us.
How will I know if these terms change?
We update the effective date at the top of this page whenever we change these terms, and a material change — anything affecting pricing basis, the fit warranty or liability — gets a note on this page for at least 60 days after the change. Continuing to order after a change means you've accepted the update; if you disagree with a change, the option is to stop using the site and tell us directly.
What if I need this site adjusted?
If a screen reader, keyboard navigation, larger text or a browser zoom setting isn't working the way it should on this site, tell us at office@pexalod.com or +1 (948) 555-1303 and describe what's not working. We built the site to work with keyboard-only navigation and to keep tap targets large enough for gloved or imprecise input. It also respects a reduced-motion setting on the parallax and diagram animation. We don't hold a third-party accessibility certification for this site, and we won't claim one we don't have — but we will fix a specific reported problem rather than leave it open.
Who do I contact about these terms?
Write to Pexalod, 164 Cedar Court, Floor 2, Austin, Texas 67482, United States, email office@pexalod.com, or call +1 (948) 555-1303. Questions about your personal data specifically go through the privacy policy's data-request section rather than this page.
